Nicola & Russell enjoying a 4 day stay at Siroktabe before travelling to Bali

During May, 2013, this happy, Scottish couple decided to become voluntary castaways for four days, just before beginning their holidays in Bali. They decided on the island of Siroktabe where they stayed three of the nights completely alone, without their guide. Between beautiful, sunny days and tropical storms these Scots enjoyed making barbecues on the beach and cooking and eating the fish they caught during the day. They were pleasantly surprised by the submarine life to be found just in front of their island. On top of all this, they were lucky enough to see turtles, fruit bats and fish eagles. Here you can see some of their photos which they sent to us just a few weeks ago.
